Grade 8&9 Stadium Projects

28 May 2013 - The grade 8 & 9 class exceeded all expectation when they did their stadium projects. Below is Collen Ludick (Grade 9) with his racing stadium and below him is AJ Fawell with his rugby stadium.

On 18 July the Netcare 911 came to our school to teach us how to administer CPR to an non-responsive person.

A very busy 10 May 2013

On the 10th of May 2013 we had our market day while enjoying pajama day. Everyone, even the teachers, paricipated. The children had so much fun!! Later that evening parents enjoyed a braai at school while the learners enjoyed a "Monster Dance" in the school hall.

Herb Garden

 

On 31 May our Grade RR-R class created their very own herb garden.
Emily, Michaela, Neale, Enreque, Shakeira, Monique, Wankumbu, Natasha, Liam, Walker & Ntando.

Silver Creek School started 2013 off with very familiar visitors to the school. Being situated on a game farm on the Magalies mountain in the North West, Silver Creek School offers learners the opportunity to experience natural beauty and first hand interaction with the natural environment.

Teachers often take them on mountain hikes. They witness breathtaking views and wildlife on a daily basis, which allows them to learn Natural Science directly from mother nature.
